Every few weeks I become obsessed with a new project. Recently I've been sucked into the planner world. Stickers, washi tape, journaling cards...you name it I want it. I'm completely obsessed with gold at the moment and I picked up a few things from Forever 21 & Papyrus. I mean look at the owl...he was screaming for me take him home. I couldn't help myself.

Workout Wednesday
1. Set more than 1 alarm….Say what? Yes you read that right…I have 3 alarms set…because I usually snooze the first 2 and keep sleeping.
2. Don’t sleep with your phone (aka alarm clock for most of us) next to you. Put it somewhere that will make you get out of bed. Getting out of bed to shut off those 3 annoying alarms will wake you right up!
3. Plan ahead. What do I mean? Leave your workout clothes ready, including socks and sneakers on your side table or in the bathroom. You don’t want to have to scramble to find your stuff so early in the morning. I sleep walk to the bathroom to get changed and brush my teeth!
4. Eat something small before starting. (This is optional) I used to work out on an empty stomach and realized I still felt a little sluggish, sometimes a little dizzy. Now I eat a banana (take some E&E-for added energy) and I feel better when I start and finish.
5. Give it your all. I know it sounds obvious, but sometimes we find ourselves just going through the motions to get through a workout. If you are getting up early, make it worth it. Act 20% stronger than you feel. It’s often your mind that holds you back.
Hope these suggestions were helpful. I’d love to hear your tips and trick on getting yourself ready to workout, make sure to comment down below and share.

Woman Crush Wednesday
Mother, Wife, First Lady, Health Ambassador. Michelle Obama carries many titles, but one of the things I admire most is her constant contribution to helping end childhood obesity with the Let's Move Organization. Mrs. Obama is using her position to help raise awareness as well as teach future generations the importance of healthy living.
Mrs. Obama has lead the charge in the changes we currently see in school lunch menus. Let's Move provides information for parents who may not be familiar with healthy food options, as well as promotes physical activity.
Today Mrs. Obama I declare you my #WCW! You truly are an inspiration!
Who is your WCW? Please comment down below ⬇️

What is your Purpose?
This weekend I spent some time with some beautiful, intelligent and inspiring women who have quickly become like a second family. The
best part of being on a team is that you are never alone. Together we are working toward financial freedom, freedom
of time and designing our lives on our own terms. It won’t be easy,
it’s a lot of work but I know with them by my side I will succeed.
Do you have a good support system? Do you have a team helping you along
the way?

Don't Quit
Motivation sometimes feels like a speeding train, if I don't jump on as its passing by I get left behind. It's not always easy to wake up and want to take on the world.
I don't always want to spend my Sunday's meal prepping. I don't want to wake up everyday at 5:00am to workout. I don't want to take 15 minutes to pack my lunch. I don't always want to read motivational literature. I don't always want to live this new life I've designed for myself.
I have days when I quit and I don't do any of it. What happens, I don't meal prep, I eat crappy, I feel sluggish, I skip workouts. What is the result of all this? I get intense, horrible, excruciating migraines. For me this isn't just a choice to be skinny, this is a way to help my well being.

What motivates me? What drives me? I do it for ME! I do it for my health, I do it for my well being, but most importantly I do it because I deserve this great life.
Motivation comes and goes, but consistency is what will help you succeed. Pushing forward daily, doing what you have to do even after it is no longer "fun" is what will get you where you want to be.
Don't give up! Don't quit! Push past the bumps in the road. The life you envision for yourself starts at the end of your comfort level.

Super Saturday
Exciting, motivating, inspiring...oh my goodness Super Saturday was AMAZING!! I was expecting for the event to be fun but what I got out of it was so much more than I imagined.
The stories I heard from people about their transformations and the struggles they faced along the road humbled me. I make so many excuses daily as to why I'm not pushing 100%. But if I fail or if I succeed it will be my own doing!
"Everything in life starts with a decision" as Jeff Hill Senior VP of Beachbody said. The moment you decide what you want and get to work is the moment your life begins to change. Your physical change is expected but the emotional and spiritual change you make are what alter who you become.
I'm so happy and grateful to have found the team I did. I feel like I've finally met people who understand what I want, who see life much in the way I do. Individuals who truly care about helping others change their lives for the better. When I signed up to coach again I did it because I knew helping others was my passion.
Ready to go "Back To School"
When you met someone with your same passion and drive...you make sure you are part of their team!
Still smiling even after sweating our booties off to a preview of Insanity Max 30 which debuts December 2014
Hector's dream was to be in a fitness video. After working on his own transformation he set out to chase his dream and he made it happen!
Fan girl moment meeting Tania "The Machine" Baron. She's been my inspiration since I saw her on Insanity. This fit mom really is a machine!!
My team rocks!!
I'm ready to take on the challenge. I'm ready to help. I'm ready to change lives!!
