Motivation sometimes feels like a speeding train, if I don't jump on as its passing by I get left behind. It's not always easy to wake up and want to take on the world.
I don't always want to spend my Sunday's meal prepping. I don't want to wake up everyday at 5:00am to workout. I don't want to take 15 minutes to pack my lunch. I don't always want to read motivational literature. I don't always want to live this new life I've designed for myself.
I have days when I quit and I don't do any of it. What happens, I don't meal prep, I eat crappy, I feel sluggish, I skip workouts. What is the result of all this? I get intense, horrible, excruciating migraines. For me this isn't just a choice to be skinny, this is a way to help my well being.

What motivates me? What drives me? I do it for ME! I do it for my health, I do it for my well being, but most importantly I do it because I deserve this great life.
Motivation comes and goes, but consistency is what will help you succeed. Pushing forward daily, doing what you have to do even after it is no longer "fun" is what will get you where you want to be.
Don't give up! Don't quit! Push past the bumps in the road. The life you envision for yourself starts at the end of your comfort level.
