Fitness...what a roller coaster ride that has been for me this year. I've become motivated and lost motivation just about every week. I've finally reached the point in which I'm taking control back! After months of debating back and forth, I decided to get back into coaching at Beachbody. When I was at the height of my fitness it was because I was coaching and helping others. Selfishly speaking this also helped me keep myself on track too. There is no greater feeling to know that you helped motivate someone to become a better version of themselves.
I'm attending my first Super Saturday in a couple weeks and I'm so excited. I have such a great feeling about coaching this time around!! I know it will be even better!! I'll have more details after the event.
I'm also starting PIYO which is a fairly new BB workout created by Chalene Johnson. She is the creator of Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam. She is one of the most popular instructors and has helped so many individuals change their lives. She's a great motivator and I honestly can't wait to see what kind of results I will get from this "no equipment needed" workout.
I'm super thrilled about the potential of this new adventure I'm starting and can't wait to see where I can go from here!!
